Great breakfast and good food.

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be given a spacious room that was well-maintained. The room even had a fridge and microwave, which came in handy. Additionally, the setting was serene, with convenient access to restaurants, the Palace of Auburn Hills 🏀, and Oakland University.

We really enjoyed our time here. The place was super clean and the staff were fantastic - always on top of everything. Our stay was made even better by the cool vibe of this new spot. 🌟

Hotel was well-kept and reasonably priced, I liked the stay.

Had essentials needed in the queen room, including a microwave and a refrigerator.

The room was so fresh and modern, and it looked really nice! It had a big flat-screen TV with all the cable channels, so you could watch your favorite shows. Plus, there was a thermostat to control the room's temperature just the way you like it and a safe to keep your stuff secure. 📺

Nice, clean room with USB charging stations, fridge, and microwave. Bathroom was clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Fresh coffee bar.

Breakfast very simple

The hotel was conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing fast and efficient service. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from.

The pool area was not well-maintained, with cloudy water and a lack of proper filtration. This made me hesitant to swim, despite being assured it was safe.

The room I reserved had a large comfortable bed, central heating, a variety of TV channels, and a microwave, making it very convenient for me.

Everything but the heat and pool noise.

The heat in 105 didn't work Didn't want to move, it was too late. Way too much noise from the pool, But it did stop at 11pm still cant figure where all the kids came from.

Clean room, offered coffee and tea in foyer. Varied breakfast with hot food. Friendly staff.

Name on the sign needs to be changed so that we can find the place. Special notes in the reservation process alerting us that the Wingate sign is still up would have saved us time, energy and having to call to clarify that the name wasn't changed yet.

Great value, particularly with hot breakfast.

Could have better selection of tv channels. Need a better ice machine. Also, front desk should always ask anyone calling in to a guest room if the caller knows the name of the person staying in the room. Apparently, staff is aware that there is a scam where callers ask for a guest room & then pretend to be the front desk in an attempt to get a credit card number. Asking the caller for the name of the guest before transferring would stop this.

During our stay, we were impressed with the exceptional service provided by the front staff, particularly Ms. Janice, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to Great Lakes Crossing and The Palace of Auburn Hills, making it convenient for exploring the area. The clean and comfortable room, along with a sufficient breakfast offering, added to our positive experience.

We were disappointed to find that the hotel's exercise equipment, specifically the treadmills, were frequently out of order.
